• Trauma straps are an accessory to fall protection harnesses that are used in case a person has become free-hanging pending rescue, and to prevent suspension trauma. When hanging in the harness the leg straps press aganist the legs restricting blood circulation.
• Take the trauma starps out of their sleeves. Put them together to form a single unit and step into them with knees bent. Pressure will thus be relieved and the blood can circulate freely again.
