Sundström - Schweißschutzvisier/Gesichtsschutz Sundström SR 574

The SR 574 welding shield is intended for use with the Sundström SR 570 face shield.

• Face shield with welding shield together with the battery-powered SR 500 or SR 700 fan and approved filters are included in the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protection systems.
• The breathing hose from the face shield connects to the fan, which is equipped with filters.
• Overpressure in the face shield prevents particles and other pollutants from being admitted into the breathing zone. The products can also be used with compressed air attachment SR 507.
• This combination forms a breathing apparatus designed for continuous air flow, for connection to a compressed air supply. See separate product data sheet for SR 507.
• This combination protects against harmful gases/particles, radiation and spatter during welding, cutting, grinding and similar work. The design makes them useful for work in confined and inaccessible areas.
• The equipment can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in all situations for which filter respirators are recommended.
• This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration.
• Before use, a welding lens with appropriate density must be mounted in the welding shield.
• The lens must be CE marked and standard 90 × 110 mm size.
• Accessories in the form of welding lenses, automatic welding lenses, correction lenses, neck and chest protection and hose protection.
