The battery capacity along with the charging time are the deciding factors for how well the SR 500 fan unit will function.
Lithium ion batteries do not need to be discharged before being charged, they charge quickly and they have a natural discharge rate of only 1% per month. Well protected and gold plated contact surfaces help avoid oxidization and operational disturbances.
Two battery alternatives are available. Standard battery (delivered with fan unit), 14.8 V, 2.2 Ah, charging time app. 1.5 hours. Heavy-duty battery (HD) has 50% more capacity in comparison to the standard version. Same physical size, 14.8 V, 3.6 Ah, charging time app. 2 hours.
Automatic three stage charging (Boosted, Balanced and Trickle) with clear indicators showing the battery’s charged level.
Practical charging stand available as an accessory for multi-charging up to five batteries.
